Clean room cell
The Clean-Room-Cell supplied by SPETEC is part of a highly flexible cleanroom system which provides a financially economic alternative to a full size cleanroom facility.
One or more Laminar Flow Modules may be placed side by side on a base frame. The Laminar Flow Modules function as clean air showers above the enclosed work bench or to store and protect machined materials or instruments from a unwanted particle contamination.
A segmented curtain which may consist of different synthetic materials, rubber and others is enclosing the work area of the cleanroom cell but still allowing easy access .
The base frame may be selected freely for the dimensions in according to individual requirements and the number of cells to be positioned.
The material of the base frame may be made of anodised aluminium profile or powder coated steel.
Depending on the number and size of the Laminar Flow Modules an area from approx. 0,4 square
( 3,6 square feet ) to 4,5 square m ( 40,5 square feet ) may be covered.
